Employability is the combination of factors and processes which enable people to progress towards or get into employment, to stay in employment and to move on in the workplace

All organisations within Fife-ETC are working together to provide support and mentoring throughout the following 5 stages of the employability pathway:-



Stage1 - Engagement

Stage 2 - Support to Overcome Barriers

Stage 5 - In Work Aftercare

  • Childcare Support
